We need a right amount of gut bacteria to stay healthy. Gut bacteria play a crucial role in performing many important functions in the body. It improves our immune system, extracts nutrients from our food and eliminates foreign substances and toxins. However, due to our food choices and unhealthy lifestyle, our gut bacteria can become imbalanced. Thankfully, our body sends us tip-offs for us to determine whether our digestive system is in trouble. Check out the following symptoms: 

Unusual/Excessive Gas
