Posted by Ruby Tequin on

With all the blow drying, ironing, and coloring, keeping our hair healthy seems to be more and more challenging. Thanks to heavens, hair masks were invented.

Hair masks offer a myriad of benefits to your hair and scalp. It is ideal for people who are having difficulty managing their dandruff and hair fall problems. Not only hair masks are very affordable, but you can also make it at home! Here are the things you need:

1/2 cup Bentonite clay
1/2 cup aloe vera juice (adjust to make a pudding-like texture)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (balances pH)
2 tbsp jojoba, olive, OR argan oil
10 drops essential oil (depends on your choice)
How to Make It:
Put all the ingredients in a non-metal bowl. Mix them all until you get a texture similar to a paste. Apply the paste on wet hair: starting from roots to the end of the strands. Gently massage the paste onto your scalp and rinse after 10 to 15 minutes.
